1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the isb19 platform — whether via the website at isb19.win or through the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without registering.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the isb19 platform immediately and not attempt to register an account. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the isb19 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your real name, valid contact number and date of birth.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an isb19 employee involved in platform operations.

isb19 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance, including winnings. Age verification may include submission of a government-issued ID or equivalent document.

3Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on isb19. If you already have an existing account, you must not create a second one. If you have lost access to your account, contact customer support to recover it rather than registering a new one.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Logging out of your account when using shared devices.
• Keeping your contact information and payment details up to date in account settings.

isb19 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from isb19 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team. In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately so your account can be secured.

Accounts that show signs of being shared, sold or transferred to another person will be suspended pending investigation. isb19 reserves the right to close any account that violates these rules and void any associated bets or transactions.

4Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on isb19 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). isb19 does not accept deposits in foreign currency. The supported deposit methods are:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time
• Raast — Pakistan's national instant payment transfer system
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer; processing times may vary
• Debit/Credit Cards & Mobile Wallets — where available and supported

Deposit funds are credited to your isb19 wallet once confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another person — are not accepted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being restricted.

isb19 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where required for security or compliance purposes.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds are returned to their source.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified, including identity confirmation if requested.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold set for your chosen payment method.
• There must be no active security review or investigation on your account.

Most withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest to arrive once approved. Bank transfers may take an additional 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

isb19 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before releasing any withdrawal. If additional documentation is requested, failure to provide it within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal being held or the account being restricted until verification is complete.

6Bonuses & Promotions

isb19 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of the offer, plus the general bonus rules set out here.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a set number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino, table games and other categories may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. The eligible games list is specified per promotion.

Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device.
• isb19 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns — such as placing opposing bets to guarantee a certain outcome — will result in the bonus being voided and any resulting winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.

7Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the isb19 platform, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and virtual sports.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once you receive a bet confirmation from the platform. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference number should be treated as unplaced. isb19 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

Live In-Play Betting: Odds on live markets — including PSL ball-by-ball cricket markets — update continuously. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply, even if the odds change in the moment between placement and confirmation. Network delays or connection interruptions during live betting are the player's responsibility; bets interrupted mid-placement are not automatically accepted.

Match Abandonment & Postponement:

• If a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned before the minimum completion threshold (typically 50% of scheduled play), bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is postponed but played within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will stand. If played after 48 hours, bets will typically be voided unless otherwise stated.
• For PSL matches specifically, the minimum overs threshold follows the official PSL Duckworth-Lewis rules. Bets are settled in line with the official match result.

Errors & Disputes: In the event of an obvious pricing or settlement error, isb19 reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle affected bets. If a bet has been paid out on an incorrect result, the overpaid amount may be deducted from your account balance. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with customer support within 7 days of settlement.

8Casino & Game Rules

The isb19 casino lobby includes slots, live dealer games, crash games, fish shooting games, table games and virtual sports. Each game type is governed by its own ruleset, which is accessible within the game itself. The following general rules apply across all casino and game products.

Game Outcomes: All slot and RNG (random number generator) games produce outcomes determined by independently certified random number generation systems. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers via live video feed. isb19 does not influence the outcome of any game.

Disconnections: If you are disconnected during a game round, the round will continue and the outcome will be determined normally. Upon reconnection, the result will be reflected in your account balance. isb19 is not responsible for losses caused by connection interruptions on the player's end.

Minimum & Maximum Bets: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet. Players must stay within these limits. Bets placed outside the stated limits may be voided.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a genuine technical malfunction affecting a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager returned. A malfunction voids all pays and plays in the affected round. isb19 is not liable for any consequential losses resulting from a technical issue on the game provider's end.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the isb19 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all associated bets and transactions, and permanent closure of your account:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment methods, chargebacks without legitimate grounds, or any form of financial fraud.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds for the purpose of laundering money through gaming activity rather than genuine play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker or other competitive game formats.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or using irregular betting patterns designed purely to extract bonus funds without genuine play intent.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, macros or any third-party software that interacts with the platform in an automated manner.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors or pricing mistakes on the platform rather than reporting them.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have insider knowledge of a pre-arranged result.
• Underage play: Allowing or assisting a person under 18 years of age to register or use an isb19 account.

isb19 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity. Any funds identified as being connected to prohibited conduct will not be returned.

10Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these terms limits isb19's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. isb19's total liability in any single matter is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the issue arose.

13Changes to Terms

isb19 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform after any change to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change where notice has been given.
